Done by you
This is where we differ from many traditional consultancies. Instead of telling you what you need to do and handing you a report, we support you while you implement process safety. You are the best person to develop the right systems for your operations. You are the best person to work with your people to implement the systems.
We will help you identify what needs to be done and develop a plan for doing it. And then, it’s up to you to get on with doing the work. But you don’t have to do it alone. We will be with you every step of the way.
Done with you
Don’t feel that you’re quite ready to do it on your own? That’s okay. We can work with you to do process safety.
First step will be to develop a plan for the work to be done and nominate who is going to do what. You can choose to do as much or as little as you like you, but your input will be needed every step of the way.
Then we will get on and do the work together.
Done for you
This is the more traditional consultancy model, when you’re needing someone to do the work for you. Perhaps you’ve got too much on, perhaps it’s getting outside your expertise or experience. And that’s okay. Once we’ve scoped the work, we will get on and get it done for you.
